Policies and Returns

  • Requests for order adjustments will only be accepted within the first 24 hours of purchase and adjustments cannot be guaranteed
  • Combing orders will be only be accepted in the first 24 hours of placing an order, additional orders are subject to additional shipping costs
  • If orders are combined, the previous order number and place in processing queue will become the newer order (ex. order #124 added to new order #156 will be made as order #156)
  • Changes, exchanges, or swapping of purchased prints for pre-order prints will not be accepted
  • Incomplete orders are submit to cancellation and refund if no communication is received within 3 business days
  • Returns are not accepted on any custom item, non-custom items must have a return request communicated within 24 hours of delivery
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted on any orders where adjustments or combining of orders were made
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and will not be refunded after purchase is completed
  • Reward program points are subject to proper enrollment and will not be retroactively added after purchases
